The propsal consists of single detached, semi-detached, and townhouse dwellings, apartments, commercial and recreation centre, a retirement home, a long term care facility, an environmental protection block,stormwater management ponds, and public roads. The lands proposed for the plan of subdivision are also the subject of an application for amendment to the Town’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law (Town File No. ZBA-2010-01).

Balmoral Village Draft Plan of Proposed Subdivision
The proposed Plan of Subdivision (Town File No. D1201211) pertains to land located on the south side of (14) Harbour Street West and is legally described Part of Lot 45, Concession 10, (formerly Township of Nottawasaga), being Part 2 on Reference Plan No. 51R-30863, Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe. The subject lands are approximately 9.49 ha (23.5 ac) in size and the proposed development is being called Balmoral Village (formerly Black Ash Adult Lifestyle Village).
